SHIPPING POLICY

At Levelise, we aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
